Every room at Casa 14 is curated in collaboration with Bella Group in Rojales — a slow, considered build in the Mediterranean coastal style. Warm linens, sun-bleached wood, hand-knotted texture. Below: the moodboard, as it will arrive in spring 2027.
Bedroom one · Sleeps two
A 180 × 200 boxspring grounded in deep, earthen linen, anchored by a hand-knotted rope wall piece — the centrepiece of the villa.
Bedroom two · Sleeps two
Lighter, softer — a cream-channelled headboard paired with caramel cotton and bouclé throws. Built for late mornings and long siestas.
Bedroom three · Twin beds
Two 90 × 200 boxsprings dressed in washed stone linen — for the kids, the friends, or the quiet sleeper. Hand-textured wall art tying the palette together.
Bedroom four · Sleeps two
Still to be styled. Will follow the same hand-textured, washed-linen palette as the other bedrooms — imagery and inventory to come.
Living & lounge
An open salon built around a three-seat linen sofa and a beige bouclé fauteuil, anchored by a 2.4 m oak media wall. Layered, warm, easy — final styling to follow.
Eat together
The heart of an evening — long table, room for eight, in a warm wood tone with seating still to be selected. Imagery follows.
Outdoor lounge
The villa's open-air living room. A cream rope-woven lounge set with twin pedestal tables, set under the Mediterranean sky — for long afternoons and slow conversations.
Covered patio
A shaded outdoor room — the classic Spanish 'English patio' that bridges the house and the garden. Furnishing direction still to come.
Garden · Pool · Outdoor dining
A rope-woven daybed under the parasol and a 1.5 m outdoor dining table for six — the whole house, lived outside.
Rooftop · Sun deck
The villa's rooftop terrace — sun loungers, soft shade, and a view across the Vega Baja. Styling direction follows in early 2027.
